Strawberry Crepe Swirls

Our crepes make fantastic finger food. You can fill a whole plate by rolling each individual crepe and cutting into 4-5 rounds. Our strawberry swirls combine creamy mascarpone and Barker’s strawberry patisserie filling, with a sprinkling of dark chocolate. This recipe will guarantee your guests come back for more!

Method

Lay an individual crepe flat, spread with a layer of mascarpone right to the edges, followed by a layer of the strawberry patisserie filling then sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate. Roll the crepe up and cut into bite sized rounds. Repeat using up the whole packet of crepes.
