Salmon & Cream Cheese Blini
When we ask people what their favourite Marcel’s dish is, they regularly reply with the classic combination of salmon and cream cheese on our blini. Popular among caterers and a favourite at dinner parties, putting smoked salmon and cream cheese on our blini makes this the quickest bite-sized treat that you will ever whip up!
Ingredients
Makes 50
1 packet of Marcel’s Fancy Blini
1 packet of Aoraki Smoked Salmon
1 tub of cream cheese
Microgreens to garnish
Method
Once thawed spread each blini with cream cheese. Gently crumble the smoked salmon into bite sized pieces and place on top of the cream. Sprinkle with microgreens for colour and crunch.
