Kids Party Pancakes

Our Petite Pancakes are incredibly versatile making them perfect little vessels to create tasty fun treats for kid’s birthday parties.

Ingredients

Our first creation is mini fruit sandwiches. We simply iced the top of one pancake, adding in a flower or two for decoration. We then spread the bottom of each pancake with mascarpone and lemon curd and added a slice or two of strawberry before sandwiching them together.

Next we had fun with coloured icing and candy eyes, dreaming up all sorts of monsters. Some have 3 eyes, others 1. Some have teeth, and others none! This is a great activity for kids too.

Our fruit kebabs are a riot of colour and texture. We simply buttered the pancakes and sprinkled them with sprinkles then threaded them onto kebab sticks along with some fruit. We loved matching the sprinkles to the fruit, but you could also mix it all up too!

Lastly we did fruit wands where we threaded grapes onto kebab sticks and then finished them off with a sprinkle covered pancake at the top!

Method

Some parents have told us that they just serve them straight out of the packet! Either way, we know our Petite Pancakes are a winner for any kids party.
