Double Choc Pancakes with Cream & Berries

Using our new moreish Double Choc Pancakes, this recipe is quick and easy to prepare and taste absolutely delicious. If berries aren’t in-season then use frozen berries that you have heated instead.

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 x packet Marcel’s Double Choc Pancakes

  • Cream

  • ½ punnet strawberries, hulled, sliced

  • ½ punnet blueberries

  • handful raspberries

  • Chocolate sauce

Method

Put a pancake onto two plates then top with cream. Arrange the strawberry slices on top of the cream and scatter over some blueberries. Repeat with the second pancake. Top with the final pancake, dot with cream then arrange the last of the berries on top followed by the chocolate sauce.
