Ham and Swiss Cheese Melt Crepes

  • Marcel’s Ooh La La Gluten Free Crepes
  • Gruyere Cheese, sliced or grated.
  • Quality Ham
  • Melted butter
  • Chopped Parsley (optional)


Place the crepe, lacy side down, onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Pile some ham in the middle and then cover with some of the cheese. Brush all over with melted butter and heat in an oven 200C until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Fold over the edges of the crepe to form a square and serve while hot.
