Gluten Free Ice Cream Cone Crepes
- Marcel's Ohh La La Gluten Free Crepes
- Tin Foil
- Cone shaped cardboard
- Sugar Syrup
- Crushed almonds
Cover the cardboard with tin foil and wrap crepe around to form a cone shape.
Brush sugar syrup over crepe and place in the oven to bake on 180C until golden and crisp
Remove from oven and leave to cool. Melt chocolate and dip the top of the crepe into melted chocolate and sprinkle crushed almonds.
Once set scoop ice cream on top and serve. We use Oob Organics ice-cream.
