- 4 Marcel’s Ooh La La Gluten Free Crepes (find in your supermarket’s freezer section)
- 2 Riverside Farm Duck Breasts confit-style, cooked as per packet instructions
- Handful coriander leaves
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into long strips
- 1 spring onion, sliced diagonally
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 4 – 6 TBS hoisin sauce, warmed through
- Cook duck as per packet instructions.
- Slice and prepare all vegetables.
- Warm hoisin sauce.
- Warm crepes, as per packet instructions.
- Assemble all ingredients in the centre of crepe, roll up and enjoy!
