Duck Crepes

  • 4 Marcel’s Ooh La La Gluten Free Crepes (find in your supermarket’s freezer section)
  • 2 Riverside Farm Duck Breasts confit-style, cooked as per packet instructions
  • Handful coriander leaves
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced into long strips
  • 1 spring onion, sliced diagonally
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 4 – 6 TBS hoisin sauce, warmed through


  • Cook duck as per packet instructions.
  • Slice and prepare all vegetables.
  • Warm hoisin sauce.
  • Warm crepes, as per packet instructions.
  • Assemble all ingredients in the centre of crepe, roll up and enjoy!
