Crepes with Strawberry, Pistachio and Pomegranate Molasses

  • 32 Marcel’s Double Love Sweet Crepes or Ooh La La Gluten Free Crepes
  • 1 punnet Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Icing Sugar.
  • ½ cup Pistachios, chopped finely
  • Pomegranate Molasses to drizzle


Cut the strawberries into 8 wedges each and place into a bowl with the icing sugar. Mix gently and allow to macerate for 15 minutes.

Warm the crepes according to the packet instructions, arrange in a stack and then pile on the strawberries. Top with the pistachios and drizzle over the pomegranate molasses.
