• 6 Marcel’s Double Love Sweet Crepes or 8 Ooh La La Gluten Free Crepes
  • 500g Mascarpone Cream Cheese
  • 1 each Orange, Lemon and Lime. Sliced as thinly as possible.
  • 1 cup Caster Sugar
  • Fresh Citrus Segments, Mint and extra Sugar to dust


Place the thinly sliced citrus into a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and then strain off the water. Repeat three times.

Add the sugar to the same pan with one cup of water. Add the blanched citrus rounds. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool.

To serve.Take a crepe and place lacy side down. Spoon one eighth of the mascarpone in a line on the crepe and then roll the crepe up around the mascarpone. Repeat for the remaining 7 crepes.

Arrange the crepes on a plate and scatter over the fresh citrus segments and mint. Dust liberally with the extra sugar and then spoon over the candied citrus and some of it’s syrup.
