Chocolate Peppermint Biscuit Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Marcels Happy Pancakes
  • Arnotts Mint Treat biscuits
  • Block of Dark Chocolate
  • Oob Chocolate Ice-cream

Instructions

  • Cut mint treat biscuits in half and arrange them cut side out round the edge of the pancake.
  • Put a scoop of the chocolate Icecream in the centre.
  • Layer another pancake on top and repeat first step
  • After repeating this step put one final pancake on top.
  • Roll a ball of icecream and place in middle.
  • Garnish with some crushed up Mint biscuits
  • Melt Chocolate and drizzle across the stack.
