Caramelised Banana Crepes

  • Marcel's Double Love Sweet or Ooh La La Gluten Free Crepes 
  • 4 medium sized bananas, sliced thickly 
  • 20g butter 
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar 
  • 1/3 cup hot water 
  • Caramel & chocolate dessert sauces


  • Melt butter in a large frying pan
  • Add brown sugar; cook while stirring, until dissolved
  • Add the banana slices and half the water
  • Cook uncovered for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until banana is caramelised
  • Warm crepes as desired
  • Lay on serving plates then top with banana slices, then fold into square parcels
  • Zigzag over caramel and chocolate sauces, and serve with cream on the side
  • Enjoy!
