Caramelised Banana Crepes
Ingredients
- Marcel's Double Love Sweet or Ooh La La Gluten Free Crepes
- 4 medium sized bananas, sliced thickly
- 20g butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup hot water
- Caramel & chocolate dessert sauces
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large frying pan
- Add brown sugar; cook while stirring, until dissolved
- Add the banana slices and half the water
- Cook uncovered for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until banana is caramelised
- Warm crepes as desired
- Lay on serving plates then top with banana slices, then fold into square parcels
- Zigzag over caramel and chocolate sauces, and serve with cream on the side
- Enjoy!
