Blue Cheese, Honey, Walnut and Pear Blinis
- Marcel’s Fancy Blinis
- Gorgonzola Cheese or other Blue Cheese
- Creamy Honey
- Toast the walnuts at 160C until they are a light golden and begin to release a toasted aroma. Warm the blinis according to the packet instructions. Slice the gorgonzola and the pear.
- Spread a little of the honey onto each Blini. Top with some of the cheese, pear and walnuts. Serve.
