Blue Cheese, Honey, Walnut and Pear Blinis

  • Marcel’s Fancy Blinis
  • Gorgonzola Cheese or other Blue Cheese
  • Walnuts
  • Pear
  • Creamy Honey


  • Toast the walnuts at 160C until they are a light golden and begin to release a toasted aroma. Warm the blinis according to the packet instructions. Slice the gorgonzola and the pear.
  • Spread a little of the honey onto each Blini. Top with some of the cheese, pear and walnuts. Serve.
