Blinis with Proscuito, Fetta, Olive and Salsa
- Marcel's Fancy Blinis
- Feta Cheese, broken into chunks.
- Kalamata Olives
- Barkers Chunky Tomato and Capsicum Salsa (optional)
- Chopped Parsley (optional)
- Warm the blinis according to the packet instructions.
- Spread a little salsa (if using) on each blini
- and then top with some of the proscuitto, a chunk of feta, an olive
- and then sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
