Blinis with Proscuito, Fetta, Olive and Salsa

  • Marcel's Fancy Blinis
  • Prosciutto
  • Feta Cheese, broken into chunks.
  • Kalamata Olives
  • Barkers Chunky Tomato and Capsicum Salsa (optional)
  • Chopped Parsley (optional)


  • Warm the blinis according to the packet instructions.
  • Spread a little salsa (if using) on each blini
  • and then top with some of the proscuitto, a chunk of feta, an olive
  • and then sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
