Blinis Platter
Ingredients
- 24 Marcel's Fancy Blinis
- 50g Barker’s Sundried Tomato & Olive Chutney
- 8 Salami slices
- Coriander to garnish
- 50g Barker’s Red Pepper & Chilli Jelly
- 8 Lebanese cucumber slices
- 20g Barker’s Lemon Curd
- 40g mayonnaise
- 8 mussels
- Lemon rind
Instructions
- Lay frozen Blinis out on serving plate
- First 8 Blinis: Mix Barker’s Lemon Curd with mayonnaise, top each Blini with a mussel and garnish with lemon rind
- Next 8 Blinis: On each Blini place a dollop of Red Pepper & Chilli Jelly, and top with a cucumber slice
- Last 8 Blinis: Place a salami slice on each Blini, add some Sundried Tomato & Olive Chutney, garnish with Coriander
