Asparagus Parcel Crepes

Ingredients

  • 5 Marcel's Ooh La La Gluten Free Crepes 
  • 250g Barker’s Tamarillo & Plum Chutney 
  • 15 spears asparagus, blanched 
  • 75g mozzarella cheese, grated

Instructions

  • Spread crepes with Barker’s Tamarillo & Plum Chutney
  • Add 3 spears of asparagus to each crepe & fold to enclose spears
  • Place in gratin dish, top with grated cheese.
  • Drizzle with remaining Barker’s Tamarillo & Plum Chutney
  • Place in oven preheated to 180°C to warm through & then serve
  • Enjoy!
